Photos of SIM Replacement Process

  • You will need:
    -Small screwdriver.
-Laptop (Optional but very highly recommended) with an ethernet port or a USB to ethernet adapter.
    -SIM Card

Step 1: Unscrew the 4 screws attaching the gateway to the riser.

Step 2: Locate the SIM tray at the top of the gateway.

Step 3: Unscrew the cover over the SIM tray. Do not remove the screw all the way. The door should remain loosely attached.

Step 4: The SIM card should be positioned with the metal side facing you and the corner notch pointed down. Insert it into the SIM B Slot.

Step 5: Push the SIM into place until it clicks into place like a pen. If you ever need to remove the SIM card, push it in until it clicks and it will pop out of the SIM slot.

Step 6: Cover the SIM slots and use the small screw to slightly tighten the door into place.

Step 7: Screw the gateway back into place on the riser.
