Step 1: Access the modem through Web UI

Step 2: Using the menu on the left, navigate to Network -> Wireless -> SSIDs

Step 3: Find the SSID for the Modem and click Edit

Step 4: Under General Setup, click the Enable slide to the on position and Save & Apply.

Step 6: Observe the status if the SSID. It should go from Disabled, to Starting, to Running.

Step 1: Have the technician put their device into Airplane Mode.

Step 2: Have them enable Wi-Fi on their device.

Step 3: Manually enter the SSID and key for the modem

Step 4: Once connected, open the browser and type to 192.168.50.1 in the search bar.

Step 5: If the technician can access login page of the modem, the Wi-Fi is functioning normally.
