Login into the Web UI using the following information:

From the menu, select System.

From the left menu bar, select InControl.

From Controller Management Settings, select InControl from the drop down.

Check the Privately Host InControl Check box

In the InControl Host edit box type portal.mycloudrouter.com

Click SAVE, then from the main Menu, select the Apply Changes button
