Summary of PO Process
When EquipSolutions Submits a PO to us, usually through modems@aquaphoenixsci.com, the following needs to occur:
Send PO to orders@aquaphoenixsci.com to have a Sales order placed (see template)
Make sure PO is added to EquipSolutions folder on HubSpot
Submit SNs to 1SimpleConnect to have InControl2 licenses and InTouch activated.
Once active, add SNs to IC2
The modems added to IC2 will show up on the MOnday.com Peplink Make Working board the following morning. Ensure metadata is accurate by adding:

X3 Bill To: Equip Solutions
Activation Date: enter date
Renewal Date: enter date 13 months from activation date
PO#: enter PO#
Renewal Part#: FIC2LICENSE
Price: $120
It's helpful to add a message to the Sn as a reminder to "At Renewal Date Change Customer to ChemTreat"

Summary of Spreadsheet or Ticket Request
Sometimes we may receive requests to add a modem that already exists into IC2. The request may come as a ticket without a PO or with a spreadsheet via email. In this case:
Ensure an Intercom ticket is open if not already
Add SN to IC2
If necessary, submit request to 1SimpleConnect to activate modem SN license for IC2
The modems added to IC2 will show up on the MOnday.com Peplink Make Working board the following morning. Ensure metadata is accurate by adding:

X3 Bill To: Equip Solutions
Activation Date: enter date
Renewal Date: The renewal date will be 2 MONTHS after the Activation date so they show up in the normal billing cycle.
