Notification Process

APS will utilize the InControl2 platform to TAG devices which are OFFLINE for more than 7 days.

  • TAG = 7DaysOffline

Proactive communications will be sent weekly to the Equipment Tech Services for the modems that have been offline for more than 7 days.

If more than 50 devices go OFFLINE for more than 24 hours, requires special notification to ChemTreat's Equipment Tech Services Group. We should also copy Geof Kaucic and Tim Switzer until process becomes engrained and they request for notifications to stop.
