This was a note Brian Silva provided to a rep so I wanted to capture it here:
To update your controller ip connection string in CTV+.
This is done by going to your specific customer’s account and hitting the "+" next to "dashboard" in the left panel.
Then select controllers. The page will load with the controllers setup for the account. Enter your IP address for the correct controllers, xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:8585 (controller IP ending in 0.5). if the customer or controller is not setup in CTV+, there are request forms located under “admin” in the left pane.
