Required Materials:
USB Drive (must be between 32Mb to 16Gb)
Step 1: Find Controller Product Name
On the display of the controller, Navigate to Config -> Controller Details -> Product Name.
Make note of the product name.
Step 2: Navigate to Firmware Download Page
On a laptop or computer, use the links provided below and select your model of controller:
Step 3: Download Correct Firmware
Using the product name collected from controller details menu of the controller, download the correct firmware file.
Step 4: Extract Firmware
Extract and upload the contents of the .zip file into your USB drive.
Step 5: Insert USB Drive
Remove the USB drive from your computer and insert it into the front panel of the controller.
Step 6: Initiate Upgrade
On your controller, navigate to Config-> File Utilities -> Software Upgrade
and select Confirm to begin the upgrade.
